Terms of Service
These launch-draft Terms explain the intended rules for DilMate, a paid membership platform for trust-first, member-led dating meetups. They are product copy for review, not final legal terms.
What DilMate provides
DilMate provides software for profiles, discovery, member-led meetups, trust tooling, manual ID review, reporting, moderation, RSVP coordination, mutual connections, and connection-only messaging. DilMate does not physically organize, supervise, transport, chaperone, or guarantee any meetup.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, use accurate account information, maintain one account for yourself, complete required verification steps, and follow the Community Guidelines. Admin approval of manual ID review may be required before connection and engagement features unlock.
Membership and paid access
Free access is intentionally limited. Paid membership is expected to unlock joining meetups, publishing hosted meetups, meetup pods, suggested meetups, compatible discovery, mutual connections, and messaging. Stripe billing is deferred in development, so final subscription, cancellation, refund, renewal, and tax terms must be completed before production launch.
Member-led meetups
Members choose whether to host, join, attend, leave, or reconnect after meetups. Members are responsible for choosing public venues, arranging their own transportation, respecting boundaries, following local laws, and using common sense. DilMate can restrict or remove unsafe plans.
Not allowed
Impersonation, harassment, threats, hate, sexual pressure, scams, commercial spam, requests for money, unsafe meetup plans, attempts to bypass verification, scraping, and abuse of reports or moderation tools are prohibited.
Moderation
DilMate may remove content, restrict accounts, suspend accounts, block features, preserve safety evidence, review reports, and use private reliability signals. Moderation outcomes are not public ratings.
Emergency disclaimer
DilMate moderation is not an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
